Travel Requirements:

A valid passport will be required to visit Mexico. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.

Neither Mexico nor the USA require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country

Transportation Details:
Roundtrip shared transfers to and from the airport are not yet included

If you are interested in private transfers, please let us know in the RSVP form and we will get you a quote.

*We will reach out 6-8 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information and quote pricing. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

Insurance:

Although the resort’s cancellation policy is flexible, travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.

Having travel protection will also help you avoid any penalties that may kick in after January 31st, as mentioned in the cancellation schedule.

The insurance pricing and options are dynamic and based on the Per Person Trip Cost

Payment Schedule:

$150 per person — due ASAP

additional 50% of your reservation total — due January 15th, 2025

Final Payment -- February 25th, 2025

*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.

Cancellation Schedule:

Until January 31st, 2025 - No cancellation penalty.

Your deposit payments are fully refundable

February 1st - March 2nd, 2025 - 50% penalty

You will be responsible for paying a penalty equal to 50% of your room reservation, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

March 3rd - March 17th, 2025 - 60% penalty

You will be responsible for paying a penalty equal to 60% of your room reservation, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

March 18th - May 15th, 2025 - Full Penalty

You are responsible for your full reservation amount, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

The best way to avoid penalties and protect your vacation investment would be to purchase travel insurance. With insurance you can cancel at anytime and will receive a refund. We highly recommend purchasing insurance.

*Vacay Vibes charges a separate $25 per person cancellation fee if cancelling at any time after your reservation been booked. This is separate from the above cancellation schedule.

*Changes to your reservation that result in the reduction of the amount of room nights will also result in the above penalties after February 1st, 2025. Those are considered to be a cancellation of room nights.

*Changes to your reservation that result in the reduction of room occupancy after February 1st will also result incur a $25 per person penalty.
