Travel Requirements:
-It is suggested that all sailors have a valid passport until August 2026. If you do not have a passport, you will need a valid ID and copy of your birth certificate in order to board.
*If you do not have a passport or it expires prior to January August 2026, now would be a good time to get your passport. While it is not required, it is highly recommended.
**Please plan on arriving either on February 8th (Super Bowl Sunday) or the day before.

Deluxe Beverage Package (added cost):
$105 per person, per day + 18% gratuities
(this can be added prior to boarding your once your cabin is booked. If one person in the cabin wants the beverage package, everyone in the room must purchase some type of offered beverage package)
Gratuities:
$78/person- not included in the above rates. Will be pre-paid at final payment or before.

Cancellation Terms:
-All payments towards the cruise are non-refundable
-There is a $50/person cancellation fee with Vacay Vibes that will be collected separately if you cancel at any time
-Cancellation fee of 50% of the cruise rate will be assessed per person or per cabin if cancelling without insurance between 74 and 61 days prior to travel.
-75% penalty per guest or cabin if cancelling between 60 - 31 days prior to travel
-100% penalty per guest or cabin if cancelling 30 days or less
-If an individual is cancelling themselves out of a cabin, there will be a $50 Vacay Vibes penalty. The room will then have to be changed to the accurate amount of people remaining in the room and will have to be ‘re-shopped’ at current rates, which can increase the price for the rest of the people on the cruise.
Payment Schedule:
$217.20/person Deposit for Cruise - Due ASAP
Final Payment: November 21st, 2025
