Transportation Details:
Round trip shared airport transfers are included.
*’shared transfers’ means that there is a possibility of other travelers being in your van/car from the airport to the hotel and it could stop at other resorts along the way too.
Travel Requirements:
A valid passport will be required to enter Mexico. While it is not required to be valid 6 months after the travel date, we highly recommend renewing your passport immediately.
If you need to renew your passport, please do so at least 6 months prior to the travel date*
You are responsible for purchasing your own airfare. The closest airport to Bach Bash is Cancun International Airport
Cancellation Fees:
-Rooms can be cancelled up until January 26th, 2023 for a $50 per person penalty (deposit) for the hotel. If cancelling yourself or the entire room at any point after that date, you will be subject to a penalty equal to your full reservation amount.
-If an individual is cancelling themselves out of a room, your rate will be subject to change.
Travel Insurance:
In order to protect your investment from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel, you can purchase third party travel insurance.

*Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your initial deposit in order to ensure maximum coverage.
Payment Schedule:
$50 Early Bird Deposit by: 12/15/2022
All persons must have $200 deposited by 12/15/2022
All persons must have $600 deposited by 1/27/2023
Final Payment must be in by 4/21/2023
Prices are subject to change until all deposits are made.
*Keep in mind that if you cancel yourself from the trip after it has been booked, it can still potentially affect the other people in the reservation, even if you have travel insurance. When the number of people in a reservation is changed, the process is to cancel the existing reservation and rebook a new one at current pricing with the proper amount of guests. This could result in an increase in price.
If you would like to protect your deposit, I would highly suggest adding travel insurance. Penalty fees may apply if you cancel or change.
