*We will reach out 3-4 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

Cancellation Schedule:

Until January 7th, 2023 - Free Cancellation.

All payments made are fully refundable

January 8th - February 6th, 2023 - 1nts rate per person penalty

You will be responsible for paying the nightly rate (x1) per person based on double occupancy, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

February 7th - April 22nd, 2023 - 2nts rate per person penalty

You will be responsible for paying the nightly rate (x2) per person based on double occupancy, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

April 23rd - June 21st, 2023 - Full Penalty

You are responsible for your full reservation amount, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

The best way to avoid penalties and protect your vacation investment would be to purchase travel insurance. With insurance you can cancel at anytime and will receive a refund. Given the state of the world and unknowns associated with travel, we highly recommend purchasing insurance.

*Changes to your reservation that result in the reduction of the amount of room nights or occupancy will also result in the above penalties. Those are considered to be a cancellation of room nights and/or a cancellation of an individual(s).

Travel Requirements:

All travelers must have a valid passport in order to travel Internationally.

While Mexico does not require your passport to be valid 6 months after your travel dates, it is highly recommend.

The US no longer requires a negative COVID test in order to re-enter the country.

*You are not required to take a COVID test to enter Mexico. These travel requirements and antigen test pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. You will be updated if there are any changes.
