Travel Requirements:
-It is suggested that all sailors have a valid passport until February 2026. If you do not have a passport, please read the below requirements:
You will be required to have one of the below combinations of documents:
Original or copy of your state-issued birth certificate AND a physical Government-issued photo ID
Puerto Rico birth certificates issued prior to July 1, 2010 are not acceptable
Hospital-issued birth certificates are not acceptable
Original Consular Report of Birth Abroad issued by the Department of State AND a physical Government-issued photo ID
Original Certificate of Naturalization issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Services AND a physical Government-issued photo ID
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency or unexpected departure from the vessel, a passport will be necessary. Please keep in mind, the above guidelines are based on government regulations, which are subject to change at any time.
*If you do not have a passport or it expires prior to February 2026, now would be a good time to get your passport. While it is not required, it is highly recommended.
**Please arrive into Miami early in the morning on August 1st or1 day prior to your sailing date. We highly suggest giving yourself a buffer in case there are any issues with your flight.

Cancellation Terms:
-You have a 7-day grace period after your deposit is made to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
-There is a $50/person cancellation fee with Vacay Vibes that will be collected separately if you cancel at any time
-After the 7-day grace period (but before April 8th, 2025), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
-Between April 9th and June 22nd, 2025, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.
-Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage (June 23rd, 2025), all funds paid are final.

Sea Terrace Deposit Due ASAP = $193.20 per person
