*Flights are not included in the price. Please reach out if you need assistance booking flights, otherwise you are welcome to book flights on your own. You will be flying into VC Bird International Airport (ANU)

Travel Requirements:

A valid passport will be required to visit Antigua. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.

Transportation Details:
Roundtrip shared transfers to and from the airport are included with your stay between VC Bird International Airport and Sandals Grande Antigua.

If you are interested in private transfers, please let us know in the RSVP form and we will get you a quote.

*We will reach out 6-8 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information and quote pricing. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

Insurance:

Although the resort’s cancellation policy is flexible, travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.

Having travel protection will also help you avoid any penalties that may kick in after August 5th, 2025, as mentioned in the cancellation schedule.

*in order for travel insurance to be added, all people in the room must purchase it.

Please indicate in your deposit form if you would like to add travel insurance. Travel insurance must be added and paid for ASAP.

Payment Schedule:

$400 per reservation — due ASAP

(you are not booked until the above deposit is made)

Additional 50% per reservation — due July 24th, 2025

Final Payment -- September 10th, 2025

*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.

Cancellation Schedule:

Until August 5th, 2025 - No cancellation penalty.

Your deposit payments are fully refundable

August 6th - August 23rd, 2025 - 10% Penalty

You are responsible for 10% of your total room reservation cost, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

August 24th - September 22nd, 2025 - 45% Penalty

You are responsible for 45% of your total room reservation cost, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

September 23rd - November 7th, 2025 - 100% Penalty

You are responsible for the FULL room reservation cost, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

The best way to avoid penalties and protect your vacation investment would be to purchase travel insurance. With insurance you can cancel at anytime and will receive a refund. We highly recommend purchasing insurance.

*Vacay Vibes charges a separate $25 per person cancellation fee if cancelling at any time after your reservation been booked. This is separate from the above cancellation schedule and is still charged even if insurance has been purchased.

*Changes to your reservation that result in the reduction of the amount of room nights will also result in the above penalties after August 5th, 2025. Those are considered to be a cancellation of room nights.
