Flight Details:

Airfare is not included in this package and you are responsible for your own flights. We recommend purchasing your airfare as soon as possible. The most convenient airport to fly into will be Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)

Transportation Details:
Round trip airport transfers are not yet included.

A few weeks prior to your trip date we will reach out to you to collect your flight details and provide airport transfer options and pricing.

Travel Requirements:

A valid passport will be required to visit Mexico. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.

Neither Mexico nor the USA require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country

Pricing:

$1,051 per person - based on 10 people

Travel Insurance:

Please review your villa contract for insurance options and pricing.

Cancellation Fees:

--The villa can be cancelled up until 3 days prior to arrival for a $50 per person cancellation fee. If cancelling within 2 days of arrival date, there will be a penalty equal to a 1nt rate of the villa. If cancelling 1 day prior, the penalty will be a 2nts rate. If canceling on the day of arrival, the penalty will be equal to a 3nts rate of the villa.

--If an individual is cancelling themselves from the trip, there will be a $50 penalty for that person collected by Vacay Vibes. The remainder of the group will then be responsible for covering the guest balance unless otherwise agreed upon amongst the group.

Payment Schedule:

$211 per person deposit - Due ASAP

Final Payment: July 1st, 2025

*a separate $25 USD per person “planning fee” will be charged at the time of making your deposit payment.
