If you’re interested in receiving a quote for a flight & hotel package from your desired city, please mention so in the below RSVP form. To book the flight + hotel package, the cost of the airfare is due at the time of your deposit.
Travel Requirements:
A valid passport will be required to visit Dominican Republic. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.
Neither Dominican Republic nor Canada require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country

Cancellation Fees:
-Each airline has it’s own airline imposed cancellation policy. Please make yourself aware of the airline’s policies if you do need to cancel and do not have insurance.
-Rooms can be cancelled up until 3 days prior for a $50 USD per person penalty. If cancelling the entire room within 2 days of the travel date, there will be a penalty equal to a 2nt stay of your reservation total.
-If an individual is cancelling themselves out of a room, there will be a $50 USD penalty for that person. The room will then have to be changed to the accurate amount of people remaining in the room and will have to be ‘re-shopped’ at current rates, which can increase the price for those people in the room.
-If an individual or entire room needs to modify their reservation after it has already been booked, there will be a $25 USD per person change fee.
Travel Insurance:
Although the resort’s cancellation policy is flexible, travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.
VPP+ - $159 USD/person (covering hotel and airfare)
Includes cancel for any reason and offers a full cash refund (minus the cost of travel insurance).
VPP - $69 USD/person (covering hotel and airfare)
Includes cancel for any reason and offers a future travel credit (minus the cost of insurance). Your future travel credit for the flight & hotel must be booked through Vacation Express for a future trip to a destination that they offer.
*the $50 per person cancellation fee still applies mentioned in the “cancellation fees” section to the left still applies even if travel insurance is purchased.

Payment Schedule:
$705 USD/person Deposit (hotel + Montreal flights) - Due ASAP
$881 USD/person Deposit (hotel + Toronto flights) - Due ASAP
$50 USD/person Deposit (hotel only) - Due ASAP
It's important to note that I can not "lock in" the pricing until I've received deposits from everyone in the room (3 guests). The rates that are currently posted are subject to change. We will book guests in groups of 3 as soon as they submit their deposit to lock in their pricing and we can switch up roommates after checking into the hotel.
If adding insurance, the cost will be due at time of making your deposit.
*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.
*a separate $25 USD per person “planning fee” will be charged at the time of making your deposit payment.
Final Payment -- September 22nd, 2023
*Keep in mind that if you cancel yourself from the trip after it has been booked, it can still potentially effect the other people in the reservation, even if you have travel insurance. When the number of people in a reservation is changed, the process is to cancel the existing reservation and rebook a new one at current pricing with the proper amount of guests. This could result in an increase in price.
