Transportation Details:
Roundtrip shared transfers to and from the airport are included

If you are interested in private transfers, please let us know in the RSVP form and we will get you a quote.

*We will reach out 3-4 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

Cancellation Schedule:

Until November 20th, 2023 - $25/person penalty.

Vacay Vibes charges $25/person for all cancellations.

November 21st - December 21st, 2023 - $100 per room plus $25/person penalty

You will forfeit your $100 deposit unless you’ve purchased travel insurance. Vacay Vibes also charges a $25/person penalty for all cancellations.

December 22nd - February 3rd, 2024 - Full Penalty

You are responsible for your full reservation amount, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

The best way to avoid penalties and protect your vacation investment would be to purchase travel insurance. With insurance you can cancel at anytime and will receive a refund. Given the state of the world and unknowns associated with travel, we highly recommend purchasing insurance.

*Changes to your reservation that result in the reduction of the amount of room nights or occupancy will also result in the above penalties. Those are considered to be a cancellation of room nights and/or a cancellation of an individual(s).

Travel Requirements:

A valid passport is required to visit the Dominican Republic.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the travel dates. If your passport expires prior to August 2024, you must get it renewed.

The above rates are per person based on the occupancy per reservation.

*Single = 1 adult per room. Double = 2 adults per room, etc.

*Children’s rates are only applicable when the reservation has at least 2 adults. If there is only 1 adult in the reservation, double occupancy rates will apply for the first two guest’s in the reservation.

*A minimum 3-night stay is required for the above group rates to be applicable.

Cancel for any reason and get a full refund (minus the cost of the insurance)

Please indicate in your deposit forms if you would like to add travel insurance. Travel insurance must be added and paid for at the time of making deposit. After this date it can no longer be added.
