Transportation Details:
Roundtrip shared transfers to and from the airport are included

*We will reach out 3-4 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

Cancellation Schedule:

Until April 12th, 2023 - No cancellation penalty.

Your deposit payments are fully refundable

April 13th - May 4th, 2023 - 1nt penalty

You will be responsible for paying a 1nt room rate penalty, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

May 5th - June 7th, 2023 - Full Penalty

You are responsible for your full reservation amount, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

The best way to avoid penalties and protect your vacation investment would be to purchase travel insurance. With insurance you can cancel at anytime and will receive a refund. We highly recommend purchasing insurance.

*Changes to your reservation that result in the reduction of the amount of room nights or occupancy will also result in the above penalties. Those are considered to be a cancellation of room nights and/or a cancellation of an individual(s).

**If you need to make a name change on your reservation, there will be a $50 name change fee.

*You are not required to take a COVID test or show proof of vaccination to enter Mexico. The United States also no longer requires proof of a negative COVID test or vaccination to enter the country. These travel requirements and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. You will be updated if there are any changes.

GPP+ Travel Insurance - 4nts or less = $139/adult $89/child

GPP+ Travel Insurance - 5nts or more = $169/adult $109/child

Please indicate in your RSVP form if you would like to add travel insurance. Travel insurance must be added and paid for by April 12th, 2023. After this date it can no longer be added.

*The insurance will be officially added to your invoice once we have received enough payments to cover the cost of the insurance.

Payment Schedule:

$50/person — due January 31st, 2022

*if there is a room with a single person - $100 deposit
