Travel Requirements:

-It is suggested that all sailors have a valid passport until September 2025. If you do not have a passport, you will need a valid ID and copy of your birth certificate in order to board.

*If you do not have a passport or it expires prior to September 2025, now would be a good time to get your passport. While it is not required, it is highly recommended.

**Please arrive into Miami at least 1 day prior to your sailing date. We highly suggest giving yourself a buffer in case there are any issues with your flight.

Accommodations:

*Pricing is based on Double Occupancy

Interior Cabin 4D - $824/person double occupancy or $1,488/person for single occupancy

Balcony Cabin 8D - $1,159/person double occupancy or $2,158/person for single occupancy

*Pricing is only locked in for the first and second passenger. If you are looking to book for triple or quad occupancy, the pricing is subject to change and is only locked in once the full deposit amount of $250/person is paid. Oceanview cabins are available, however not at group rates. If you are interested in an oceanview cabin, please reach out so I can provide you with your options. A full deposit of $250/person is required to book an Oceanview cabin.

Gratuities:

$112/person- not included in the above rates. can be pre-paid at final payment or paid on board the ship.

The Carnival Vacation Protection Plan

In life, you never really know what may happen… but you can rely on the Vacation Protection trip cancellation. If you need to cancel for some of the most common reasons (severe weather, illness, etc.) you'll get 100% of the cost of your trip back, in cash. If you need to cancel for any reason not listed in the plan — any reason at all — you'll get 75% back in a Future Cruise Credit Certificate.

Sail through your vacation with less to worry about.

• Trip Interruption: Up to total Trip cost reimbursement if you must start your vacation late or need to come home early due to illness, injury and more.

• Baggage: Up to $1,500 if your stuff is lost, stolen or damaged, and up to $500 reimbursement if you have to buy necessary items while your bags are delayed 24+ hours

• Medical: Up to $10,000 if you get sick or injured on your vacation

• Emergency Evacuation: Up to $30,000 for emergency medical evacuation and repatriation (services provided by LiveTravel)

Cancellation Terms:

-You can cancel with no Carnival penalty until December 1st, 2024

-There is a $25/person cancellation fee with Vacay Vibes that will be collected separately if you cancel at any time

-Cancellation fee of $500 per cabin ($250/person per guest if double, triple or quad occupancy) if cancelling between December 2nd, 2024 and January 14th, 2025

-50% penalty per person or cabin if cancelling between January 15th - February 9th, 2025

-75% penalty per guest or cabin if cancelling between February 10th - 24th, 2025

-100% penalty per guest or cabin if cancelling February 25th, 2025 or later
