Travel Requirements:
-It is suggested that all sailors have a valid passport until January 2027. If you do not have a passport, you will need a valid ID and copy of your birth certificate in order to board.
*If you do not have a passport or it expires prior to January 2027, now would be a good time to get your passport. While it is not required, it is highly recommended.
**Please arrive into New York City at least 5 hours prior to your sailing departure time. We highly suggest giving yourself a buffer in case there are any issues with your commute.

*We are not holding any cabins on this sailing for the group. Each cabin will be booked on an individual basis and then grouped together. The rates above are the current pricing as of 5/13/25 — both pricing and availability is subject to change. The rates include taxes & gratuity for the beverage and dining package which is included in your rate.

Cancellation Terms:
-You can cancel with no Norwegian penalty until February 20th, 2026
-There is a $50/person cancellation fee with Vacay Vibes that will be collected separately if you cancel at any time
-Cancellation fee of 25% of the cruise rate will be assessed per person or per cabin if cancelling without insurance between February 21st, 2026 and March 21st, 2026
-50% penalty per person or cabin if cancelling between March 22nd - April 20th, 2026
-75% penalty per guest or cabin if cancelling between April 21st - May 20th, 2026
-100% penalty per guest or cabin if cancelling May 21st, 2026 or later
$125/person Deposit is required to officially book and assign your cabin: Due ASAP
