Travel Requirements:

A valid passport will be required to visit Mexico. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.

Transportation Details:
Roundtrip transfers to and from the airport are not yet included

Estimated Price from Nexus Tours:
$40 per person for round trip shared transfers (adults)
$20 per person for round trip shared transfers (children 3-12)
$103 per vehicle for roundtrip private transfers for up to 6 people

*We will reach out 6-8 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information and transfer preference. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended — travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.

Having travel protection will also help you avoid any penalties that may kick in after October10th, 2026 as mentioned in the cancellation schedule.

GPP+ Insurance = Cancel for any reason and get a full refund (minus the cost of the insurance)

GPP+ Travel Insurance - 4nts or less = $159/adult

GPP+ Travel Insurance - 5nts or more = $189/adult

GPP Insurance = Cancel for any reason and receive a future travel voucher through Vacation Express to be used on a future trip (minus the cost of the insurance)

Please indicate in your RSVP form if you would like to add travel insurance. Travel insurance must be added and paid for by October10th, 2026. After this date it can no longer be added.

Payment Schedule:

$100 per person — due ASAP

(your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received)

additional 50% of your reservation total — due June 30th, 2026

Final Payment -- November 9th, 2026

*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.

Cancellation Schedule:

Until October 10th, 2026 - No cancellation penalty.

Your deposit payments are fully refundable

October 11th - November 10th, 2026 - 20% penalty

If cancelling between these dates you will be charged a 20% penalty of your total reservation amount

November 11th - December10th, 2026 - 40% penalty

If cancelling between these dates you will be charged a 40% penalty of your total reservation amount

December 11th - February 18th, 2026 - Full Penalty

You are responsible for your full reservation amount, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

The best way to avoid penalties and protect your vacation investment would be to purchase travel insurance. With insurance you can cancel at anytime and will receive a refund. We highly recommend purchasing insurance.

*Vacay Vibes charges a separate $25 per person cancellation fee if cancelling at any time after your reservation been booked. This is separate from the above cancellation schedule.

*Changes to your reservation that require a name change, change in reservation dates, room occupancy changes and any other changes will incur a $50 per request fee from October 10th, 2026 to January 16th, 2027.

*Within 30 days of your travel dates, no changes can be made to room occupancy, reservation dates or duration.
