*You are responsible for booking your own flights. We will be sending a form to collect your flight details and provide transportation options. You should be flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Travel Requirements:

A valid passport will be required to visit Mexico. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.

Neither Mexico nor the USA require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country

Cancellation Fees:

-Rooms can be cancelled up until 3 days prior for a $25 per person penalty charged by the supplier + $50 per person cancellation fee from Vacay Vibes. If cancelling the entire room within 2 days of the travel date, there will be a penalty equal to a 1nt stay of your reservation total.
-If an individual is cancelling themselves out of a room, there will be a $50 penalty for that person. The room will then have to be changed to the accurate amount of people remaining in the room and will have to be ‘re-shopped’ at current rates, which can increase the price for those people in the room.
-If an individual or entire room needs to modify their reservation after it has already been booked, there will be a $25 per person change fee.

Travel Insurance:

Although the resort’s cancellation policy is flexible, travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.

please let us know on your deposit forms if you are interested in purchasing travel insurance and we will reach out to you directly with a price quote.

*the $50 per person cancellation fee still applies mentioned in the “cancellation fees” section to the left still applies even if travel insurance is purchased.

Payment Schedule:

$50/person Deposit (hotel only) - Due ASAP

prices are subject to change until all deposits are made. If adding insurance, the cost will be due at time of making your deposit.

*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.

*a separate $25 per person “planning fee” will be charged at the time of making your deposit payment.
