Payment Schedule

Transportation Details:

Roundtrip shared transfers to and from the airport are included

If you are interested in private transfers, please let us know in the RSVP form and we will get you a quote. Otherwise, you will be transported in small groups with other travelers going to the same resort

*We will reach out 3-4 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

Cancellation Schedule:

The best way to avoid penalties and protect your vacation investment would be to purchase travel insurance. With insurance you can cancel at anytime and will receive a refund. Given the state of the world and unknowns associated with travel, we highly recommend purchasing insurance.

*Changes to your reservation that result in the reduction of the amount of room nights or occupancy will also result in the above penalties. Those are considered to be a cancellation of room nights and/or a cancellation of an individual(s).

Vacay Vibes does enforce it’s own cancellation policy of $25/person if you cancel for any reason.

Insurance:

Cancel for any reason and get a full refund (minus the cost of the insurance)

Travel Requirements:

All travelers must have a valid passport in order to travel Internationally.

If you do not currently have a passport or need to renew your passport and would like to attend, we highly recommend applying for your passport immediately. The passport offices are backed up and it is taking longer than usual to receive your passport, even if you pay for expedited service.

While Mexico does not require your passport to be valid 6 months after your travel dates, it is highly recommend.
