*Flights are not included in the price. Please reach out if you need assistance booking flights, otherwise you are welcome to book flights on your own at your earliest convenience. You will be flying into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

Travel Requirements:

A valid passport will be required to visit Dominican Republic. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.

Transportation Details:
Roundtrip shared transfers to and from the airport are not yet included

If you are interested in private transfers, please let us know in the RSVP form and we will get you a quote.

*We will reach out 6-8 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information and quote pricing. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended — travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.

Having travel protection will also help you avoid any penalties that may kick in after July 10th, 2026 as mentioned in the cancellation schedule.

GPP+ Insurance = Cancel for any reason and get a full refund (minus the cost of the insurance)

GPP+ Travel Insurance - 4nts or less = $159/adult

GPP+ Travel Insurance - 5nts or more = $189/adult

GPP Insurance = Cancel for any reason and receive a future travel voucher through Vacation Express to be used on a future trip (minus the cost of the insurance)

GPP Travel Insurance - 4nts or less = $109/adult

GPP Travel Insurance - 5nts or more = $129/adult

Please indicate in your RSVP form if you would like to add travel insurance. Travel insurance must be added and paid for by July 21st, 2027. After this date it can no longer be added.

Payment Schedule:

$100 per person — due ASAP

(your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received)

additional 50% of your reservation total — due June 15th, 2027

Final Payment -- July 10th, 2027

*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.

Cancellation Schedule:

Until June 7th, 2027 - No cancellation penalty.

Your deposit payments are fully refundable

June 8th - July 7th, 2027 - Non refundable deposit

If cancelling between the above mentioned dates your deposit payment will be non refundable, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

July 8th - July 21st, 2027 - 35% Penalty

If cancelling between the above mentioned dates you will incur a penalty equal to 35% of your total room reservation cost, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

July 22nd - September 17th, 2027 - Full Penalty

If cancelling between the above mentioned dates, you are responsible for your full reservation amount, unless you’ve purchased travel insurance.

The best way to avoid penalties and protect your vacation investment would be to purchase travel insurance. With insurance you can cancel at anytime and will receive a refund. We highly recommend purchasing insurance.

*Vacay Vibes charges a separate $25 per person cancellation fee if cancelling at any time after your reservation been booked. This is separate from the above cancellation schedule.

*Changes to your reservation that require a name change or result in the reduction of the amount of room nights will incur a $50 per request fee from July 22nd to August 14th, 2027. Within 30 days this fee increases to $75 per person.

*Within 15 days of your travel dates, no changes can be made to room occupancy, reservation dates or duration.
