Round trip shared airport transfers are not yet included.

*’shared transfers’ means that there is a possibility of other travelers being in your van/car from the airport to the hotel and it could stop at other resorts to along the way. There is an option to organize “private transfers” as well.

A few weeks prior to your trip date we will reach out to you to collect your flight details and provide airport transfer options and pricing. Transfer costs should be between $30 - $60 per person.

Flight Details:

Airfare is not yet included in this travel package. I recommend to book your own airfare at your earliest convenience once your hotel reservation has been confirmed. You will be flying into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

If you prefer a specific flight itinerary and would like me to book it for you as a package, please mention in your RSVP so I can provide you with options and rates. If you would like to use airline miles/points or an airline credit, I cannot book that for you and you will need to book the flight directly through the airline

Travel Requirements:

A valid passport will be required to visit Dominican Republic If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.

Neither Dominican Republic nor the USA require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country

Travel Insurance:

Although the resort’s cancellation policy is flexible, travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.

VPP+ - $149/person (hotel only)

Includes cancel for any reason and offers a full cash refund (minus the cost of travel insurance). Price is determined by room category.

VPP - $89/person (hotel only)

Includes cancel for any reason and offers a future travel credit (minus the cost of insurance). Your future travel credit for the flight & hotel must be booked through Vacation Express for a future trip to a destination that they offer. Price is determined by room category.

*the $50 per person Vacay Vibes cancellation fee still applies mentioned in the “cancellation fees” section to the left still applies even if travel insurance is purchased.

Cancellation Fees:

--Rooms can be cancelled up until 8 days prior to the arrival date for a $25 per person penalty charged by the supplier + $50 per person cancellation fee from Vacay Vibes. If cancelling the entire room within 7 days of the travel date, there will be a penalty equal to a 1nts stay of the reservation value + the $50/person Vacay Vibes penalty + the $25 supplier penalty. If travel insurance is purchased, the supplier penalty is waived.


-If an individual is cancelling themselves out of a room, there will be a $50 Vacay Vibes penalty and $25 supplier penalty for that person. The room will then have to be changed to the accurate amount of people remaining in the room and will have to be ‘re-shopped’ at current rates, which can increase the price for those people in the room.

Payment Schedule:

$50/person Deposit for Hotel Only - Due ASAP

Final Payment: August 21st, 2026

prices are subject to change until all deposits from roommates are made. If adding insurance, the cost will be due at time of making your deposit.

*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.

*a separate $25 USD per person “planning fee” will be charged at the time of making your deposit payment.


*Keep in mind that if you cancel yourself from the trip after it has been booked, it can still potentially effect the other people in the reservation, even if you have travel insurance. When the number of people in a reservation is changed, the process is to cancel the existing reservation and rebook a new one at current pricing with the proper amount of guests. This could result in an increase in price.
