Flight Details:

Airfare is not included in this package and you are responsible for your own flights. We recommend purchasing your airfare as soon as possible. The most convenient airport to fly into will be Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM)

Transportation Details:
Round trip airport transfers are not yet included.

A few weeks prior to your trip date we will reach out to you to collect your flight details and provide airport transfer options and pricing.

Travel Requirements:

A valid passport will be required to visit Saint Martin. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.

Neither Saint Martin nor the USA require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country

Pricing:

$774 per person - based on 13 people

Travel Insurance:

Please review your villa contract for insurance options and pricing.

Activities:

Activities are not yet included in the above cost. We will be determining the activities and any additional costs in the near future.

Cancellation Fees:

--The villa can be cancelled up until 60 days prior to arrival for a 35% penalty of the reservation total. If cancelling within 60 days of the arrival date, the reservation will be non refundable.

--If an individual is cancelling themselves from the trip, there will be a $50 penalty for that person collected by Vacay Vibes. The remainder of the group will then be responsible for covering the guest balance unless otherwise agreed upon amongst the group.

Payment Schedule:

$360 per person deposit - Due ASAP

Final Payment: November 11th, 2024

*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.

*a separate $25 USD per person “planning fee” will be charged at the time of making your deposit payment.
