If you are planning to arrive and/or depart on the dates above, please plan to join us for the flight times posted. We have made a large reservation with Southwest for both flights and will handle your tickets.

If you choose to arrive early or stay late, you will need to book these flights yourself. The firm will credit up to $365 each way for employees flights. Flights for friends and family are your responsibility.

Transportation Details:
Roundtrip transfers to and from the Los Cabos airport are included if you are flying with the group on June 9th and/or 12th, 2022

*If you are booking your airfare outside of the above dates, you are responsible for your own transportation fees and we can assist with setting these up for you.

*We will reach out 3-4 weeks prior to the trip date to obtain your flight information. That will be passed along to the transfer company and we will then provide all your transfer details a few days prior to departure.

What’s covered:

You are welcome to invite your immediate family or one guest, customize your room choice as well as extend your trip dates, however, those extra costs are your responsibility.

The firm will pay $1,384.40 per employee (taxes and fees included) towards the resort stay and an airfare credit equal to value of the above mentioned flight itinerary. The firm will cover the cost for the company beach dinner and sunset cruise for friends and family.

Based on the information you provide in the RSVP form below, we will create you a custom invoice and let you know what your balance would be after the firm’s credit of $1,384.40. Any tours/activities, parking at Denver Airport, or anything else that was not mentioned in the proposed agenda will be your responsibility.

Example: You, your spouse, and 14-year-old are wanting to stay in the Ziva Suite. The price is $647.30 per person so x3 = $1,941.90. The firm is paying $1,384.40 so the hotel cost for your wife and kid for 3 nights all inclusive is $557.50 total.

After seeing the low price, you decide to stay one extra post night. The cost is $204.10 per person so x3 = $612.30. Making your hotel grand total for 4 nights $1,169.80.

June 10th

-Company meetings from 8am - 12pm

(breakfast is included)

-Meet in Lobby for Shuttle to Marina at 4:15pm

-Cabo San Lucas Sunset Cruise from 5pm - 9pm

(includes snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, and unlimited food and drinks)

June 11th

-Company meetings from 8am - 12pm

(breakfast is included)

-Group dinner on the beach - 7pm

Travel Requirements:

While a negative COVID test is NOT required to enter Mexico, the United States requires a negative COVID test in order to re-enter the country.
As of November December 6th, 2021:

-All travelers, regardless of vaccination status, need to provide a negative COVID test taken within 1 day of your travel date.

*These travel requirements are subject to change at any time without notice. You will be updated if there are any changes. The resort will be covering the cost of these covid tests and they will be scheduled upon check-in.

*The firm will also be covering the Extended Stay Protection fee for all employees, friends and family. This provides peace-of-mind that in the unlikely event of a positive COVID-19 test result, quarantine accommodations will be provided at no additional cost for up to 14 days.

Insurance:

The firm will cover the cost of insurance for all employees, friends, and family. This insurance covers the cost of the resort. You may cancel up until 2 hours prior to your flight time for any reason and get a full refund.

Hotel Payment Schedule:

RSVP’s due — due 1/24/22

30% of invoice — due 2/10/22

60% of invoice - due 3/3/22

Final Payment - 4/1/22

*if you are an employee staying in a Ziva Suite, not adding any guests to your reservation, and not extending your stay, you do not need to make any payments.
