December 30th, 2024: Delta Airlines 8118 - Depart SJD at 10:56am. Arrive in Mexico City at 2:20pm
December 30th, 2024: Delta Airlines 7975 - Depart Mexico City at 5:00pm. Arrive in JFK at 10:59pm

Travel Requirements:
A valid passport will be required to visit Mexico. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.
Neither Mexico nor the USA require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country
Cancellation Fees:
-If you are booking the non-refundable rate, the hotel portion of the trip is completely non refundable. The airfare portion will turn into a future flight credit.
-If you are booking the refundable rate, you may cancel 3+ days from your travel date for a $50 penalty. Your airfare portion will turn into a flight credit. If cancelling within 2 days of your travel dates, the hotel portion is completely non refundable.
-If an individual is cancelling themselves out of a room, there will be a $50 penalty for that person. The room will then have to be changed to the accurate amount of people remaining in the room and will have to be ‘re-shopped’ at current rates, which can increase the price for those people in the room.
-If an individual or entire room needs to modify their reservation after it has already been booked, there will be a $50 per person change fee. If you are doing a name change for the resort, there is a $25 name change fee. Name changes are permitted for flights.
-If booking flights as part of your package, the airline’s policies for changes and cancellations will apply. I suggest you familiarize yourself with Delta Airline’s policies before proceeding.

Travel Insurance:
Although the resort’s cancellation policy is flexible, travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.
VPI - $179 USD/person (for flight + hotel)
Includes cancel for a covered reason and receive up to 100% of your trip cost for unused, pre-paid non refundable travel arrangements (minus the cost of insurance). Must be added within 7 days of booking.
*the $50 per person cancellation fee still applies mentioned in the “cancellation fees” section to the left still applies even if travel insurance is purchased.

Payment Schedule:
Deposit = Full Amount (for flight + hotel - non refundable) - Due ASAP
Deposit = $998/person (for flight + hotel - refundable) - Due ASAP
prices are subject to change until all deposits are made. If adding insurance, the cost will be due at time of making your deposit.
*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.
*a separate $25 USD per person “planning fee” will be charged at the time of making your deposit payment.
Final Payment -- November 8th, 2024
*Keep in mind that if you cancel yourself from the trip after it has been booked, it can still potentially effect the other people in the reservation, even if you have travel insurance. When the number of people in a reservation is changed, the process is to cancel the existing reservation and rebook a new one at current pricing with the proper amount of guests. This could result in an increase in price.
