May 16th, 2024: Southwest 2924 - Depart STL at 7:15am. Arrive in FLL at 10:55am
May 16th, 2024: Southwest 828 - Depart FLL at 11:55am. Arrive in CUN at 1:00pm
May 19th, 2024: Southwest 1996 - Depart CUN at 3:15pm. Arrive in STL at 6:25pm

Travel Requirements:
A valid passport will be required to visit Mexico. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.
Neither Mexico nor the USA require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country
Cancellation Fees:
-If you are 4+ days from departure: No hotel cancellation fee
-If cancelling the entire room within 3 days of the travel date, there will be a penalty equal to a 1nts room rate.
-If an individual is cancelling themselves out of a room, there will be a $50 penalty for that person. The room will then have to be changed to the accurate amount of people remaining in the room and will have to be ‘re-shopped’ at current rates, which can increase the price for those people in the room.
-If an individual or entire room needs to modify their reservation after it has already been booked, there will be a $50 per person change fee. If you are doing a name change for the resort, there is a $25 name change fee. Name changes are permitted for flights.
-If booking flights as part of your package, the airline’s policies for changes and cancellations will apply. I suggest you familiarize yourself with Southwest Airline’s policies before proceeding.

Travel Insurance:
Although the resort’s cancellation policy is flexible, travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.
Southwest Vacations Travel Protection - $83.33/person (covering flight + hotel)
Includes cancel for any reason and offers a full cash refund (less the cost of the flights and the travel insurance) The flights are nonrefundable and will be issued in the form of a future airline travel credit.
*this insurance is only available for a flight + hotel package.

Payment Schedule:
$668.05/person Deposit (for flight + hotel) - Due ASAP
$50/person Deposit (hotel only) - Due ASAP
prices are subject to change until all deposits are made. If adding insurance, the cost will be due at time of making your deposit.
*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.

*Keep in mind that if you cancel yourself from the trip after it has been booked, it can still potentially effect the other people in the reservation, even if you have travel insurance. When the number of people in a reservation is changed, the process is to cancel the existing reservation and rebook a new one at current pricing with the proper amount of guests. This could result in an increase in price.
