Flight Details:
Flights are not included in this package. Please mention your departure airport in your RSVP forms and we will contact you about the cost of the flight + hotel package.
Travel Requirements:
A valid passport will be required to visit Mexico. If your passport is expiring prior to the travel dates, or within 6 months after the travel date, please renew your passport immediately.
Neither Mexico nor the USA require proof of a negative Covid test in order to enter the country
Cancellation Fees:
-You may cancel 3+ days from your travel date for a $50 penalty. If cancelling within 2 days of your travel dates, the hotel portion is completely non refundable.
-If an individual is cancelling themselves out of a room, there will be a $50 penalty for that person. The room will then have to be changed to the accurate amount of people remaining in the room and will have to be ‘re-shopped’ at current rates, which can increase the price for those people in the room.
-If an individual or entire room needs to modify their reservation after it has already been booked, there will be a $50 per person change fee. If you are doing a name change for the resort, there is a $25 name change fee. Name changes are permitted for flights.
-If booking flights as part of your package, the airline’s policies for changes and cancellations will apply. I suggest you familiarize yourself with the airline’s policies before proceeding.

$703 per person - based on 3 people per room

Travel Insurance:
Although the resort’s cancellation policy is flexible, travel insurance can protect you from any unexpected occurrences prior to or during travel.
VPP+ - $99 USD/person (for hotel only)
Includes cancel for any reason and offers a full cash refund (minus the cost of travel insurance).
VPP - $49 USD/person (for hotel only)
Includes cancel for any reason and offers a future travel credit (minus the cost of insurance). Your future travel credit for the flight & hotel must be booked through Vacation Express for a future trip to a destination that they offer.
*the $50 per person cancellation fee still applies mentioned in the “cancellation fees” section to the left still applies even if travel insurance is purchased.

Payment Schedule:
$50/person deposit (hotel only) - Due ASAP
*if wanting to book a flight + hotel package, your deposit will be the cost of the airfare + $50
prices are subject to change until all deposits are made. If adding insurance, the cost will be due at time of making your deposit.
*You are welcome to make payments at any time between the deposit date and the final payment date.
*a separate $25 USD per person “planning fee” will be charged at the time of making your deposit payment.
Final Payment -- July 5th, 2024
*Keep in mind that if you cancel yourself from the trip after it has been booked, it can still potentially effect the other people in the reservation, even if you have travel insurance. When the number of people in a reservation is changed, the process is to cancel the existing reservation and rebook a new one at current pricing with the proper amount of guests. This could result in an increase in price.
